Located in our working cellar, NoMI’s weekly tasting series, Cellar Notes, provides guests with the opportunity to learn how to taste and evaluate wines based on the subtle nuances of each selection. Join us as we turn Thursday’s into a sophisticated gathering of friends and oenophiles by delving into the array of NoMI’s distinguished wine collection. La Boule de Noël Holiday shoppers and city dwellers are welcome to satisfy their sweet tooth with an all chocolate assortment of on-the-go treats. Guests may select from chocolate marshmallows, lollipops, cookies, tablettes, and macarons, all created by NoMI Executive Pastry Chef Frederic Moreau. “La Boule de Noël" is open December 10th through December 24th from 2:30PM – 6:30PM. NoMI “T” Everyone needs a break from Holiday shopping and a chance to relax with your closest girlfriends after a successful day on the Avenue. Park Hyatt Chicago introduces NoMI “T,” a limited offering for bubbly-lovers who crave the effervescence of sparkling wine. Together with Rod Marcus of Rare Tea Cellars, NoMI developed a new, indulgent and luxurious way to spend the afternoon. Guests will enjoy two glasses of Argyle Brut with their choice of tea infused syrups. NoMI “T” service will be accompanied by a selection of delightful sweets and savories.
